8. the weather is typically pretty awesome - super hot, but we love it because we're just now thawing out from winter

5. only calories burned all weekend are those expended during squirt gun battles in the backyard or lifting beers to lips

1. everyone, everywhere you go, is happy. at least it sure seems that way to me. everyone is just so darn proud to be an american.
